Cirrus 3 Iron Steamer is a hybrid between a steamer and an iron, with a heated front plate that can create a pressed look, and it can be stored in a standing position. Cirrus X Handheld Steamer is a regular handheld steamer but has a higher steam output, weighs less, and is equipped with a hanging loop and a translucent water tank.

What is the difference between Cirrus 2 Handheld Steamer and Cirrus X Handheld Steamer?

Cirrus X Handheld Steamer produces more steam per minute compared to Cirrus 2 Handheld Steamer, which makes for a more efficient steaming experience. Cirrus X Handheld Steamer is also upgraded with a translucent water tank, which makes it possible to see the water level while steaming, and a hanging loop for easy storage.

Do I need to descale my steamer?

Cirrus X Handheld Steamer is equipped with limescale traps that minimize the risk of limescale clogging the steamer, so there is no need to descale it. However, if you live in an area with hard water, we always recommend using filtered or distilled water.

How long can I use the Cirrus X Handheld Steamer continuously?

We recommend that you steam for a maximum of 30 minutes at a time with your Cirrus X Handheld Steamer and allow it to cool down between sessions. If you need to steam many more items at once, we recommend using a standing steamer with a larger water tank, like our Cumulus Home Steamer.

Why does the steam button turn red while steaming?

If the light turns red while steaming, this means the water is being reheated back to the right temperature. It's safe to steam with Cirrus X Handheld Steamer while the light is red, but we recommend waiting until the light turns white for optimal steam quality.
