Returns

Should you receive your order and decide that you no longer require the goods for whatever reason (for faulty products please see below), they can be returned within 30 calendar days of your receipt of the goods. To arrange the return, please use the included pre-paid return shipping label to send back the order to our warehouse.

The product must be in its original packaging and in new condition. Always use the included or Steamery-provided return label — never arrange shipping on your own. If you send a return independently, you’ll be responsible for all shipping and customs costs, and we cannot guarantee refund or delivery tracking. Parcels sent to the wrong address or access point cannot be collected or refunded. To avoid delays or lost shipments, please contact our support team before sending any returns — we’ll make sure everything runs smoothly.

Steamery does not offer free returns, the customer will have to cover the return costs. If an item is damaged during transport, Steamery should be contacted within 14 days for information about an exchange.
Please note: If you have purchased a Steamery product elsewhere than our website, you have to contact the retailer directly.

Claims

Even though we make meticulous controls of our products, it is still possible that, in rare cases, they are faulty. If you discover that your product has a manufacturing or material fault, please contact us at [email protected]

We handle every case individually. During the warranty period, you have the right to make a complaint about manufacturing, or material faults, or faults that have been detected after normal use. If the fault is caused by ungentle usage, you don’t have the right to make a claim.

How to Make a Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us [email protected] with the following information:
  • A short description of the issue and how it occurred
  • Your order number (e.g., STEAMUK-XXXXX) or proof of purchase
  • The serial number of the product
  • Photos and/or a short video showing the fault
  • If you bought your Steamery product from a retailer or reseller, please contact them directly for your claim. The warranty is always handled by the point of purchase
