The general terms & conditions apply when you as a consumer (the “Customer”) place an order via www.steamery.co.uk (the “Website”) or make a purchase on any Steamery internet connected products, whether in-person, over-the-phone, or online (collectively, the “Services”) in the United Kingdom.

Once Steamery has received an order, an electronic confirmation will be sent to the Customer’s e-mail address, as confirmation of the purchase.
It is important that the Customer enters the correct e-mail address when placing an order.
We recommend saving this e-mail since the order confirmation (receipt) also serves as a proof of the purchase.
Payment, Prices & Fees
The prices are presented in either GBP, SEK, DKK, EUR, USD, or CHF.
The price of the products is the total price (excluding potential import and custom fees).
Steamery accepts most major credit- and debit cards (e.g. Visa, MasterCard). If the payment is not confirmed, the order will not get processed.
All prices shown on the Website are including VAT, in accordance with the applicable legislation.
Standard delivery time is estimated to 2-3 business days. Our parcels are sent via DPD courier service. A charge of £6.99 for Standard Delivery applies to The Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man. The Highlands and Islands postcodes are as follows: AB31, AB33-38, AB45, AB52-56, FK17-21, IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to the Channel Islands.
In case the Customer feels the delivery is delayed in such a way that they no longer wish to fulfill the purchase, it is the Customer’s responsibility to cancel the order. In case the order has been dispatched, the Customer is required to receive the order. Cancellation is not valid until the Customer has received confirmation from Steamery either by e-mail or telephone.
If a product has been discontinued, Steamery has the right to cancel the purchase and refund the paid amount to the Customer. Steamery will notify the customer if a replacement or equivalent product is available.
The Customer has the right to return the product within 14 days from placing the order. This right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged until they are returned to us. Using the goods before returning them within the allotted 14 day period does not constitute taking reasonable care of them. If you use the goods before returning them to us you will be responsible for the costs of us reconditioning those goods. To arrange the return, please contact the team at [email protected]
Steamery does not offer free returns and the customer will need to pay the return costs. If an item is damaged during transport, Steamery should be contacted within 30 days for information about an exchange. Steamery does not take responsibility for returns that may get lost in the mail.
All approved refunds will get processed within 14 days of arrival to the warehouse. The bank transfer might take several days to be visible on the Customer’s account. Please contact Steamery if the refund does not appear within 20 days.
