Enjoy Free Next Working Day delivery on orders of £40 and over across UK Mainland (exclusions apply) placed before 4PM, Monday to Friday. Orders received after 4pm Monday to Friday, or at the weekend will be processed and dispatched the following working day. All orders with a value of £39.99 and under will be charged at £5.99.

Alternatively, if you prefer to have your order delivered at the weekend, we offer two delivery options charged at £5.99:

Saturday delivery, if you order by 4PM on Friday

Sunday delivery, if you order by 12PM on Saturday

Please expect delays to deliveries during peak times, such as Black Friday, Christmas, or any sale period.

Standard delivery to The Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man is currently charged at £6.99, regardless of the order value. Unfortunately, our Free Next Working Day and weekend delivery services are not currently available for these areas.

The Highlands and Islands postcodes are as follows: AB31, AB33-38, AB45, AB52-56, FK17-21, IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to the Channel Islands.

In case the Customer feels the delivery is delayed in such a way that they no longer wish to fulfill the purchase, it is the Customer’s responsibility to cancel the order. In case the order has been dispatched, the Customer is required to receive the order. Cancellation is not valid until the Customer has received confirmation from Steamery either by e-mail or telephone.

If a product has been discontinued, Steamery has the right to cancel the purchase and refund the paid amount to the Customer. Steamery will notify the customer if a replacement or equivalent product is available.
