We offer shipping with DPD for both the mainland and offshore, (the highlands and islands).

Enjoy Free Next Working Day delivery on orders of £55 and over across UK Mainland (exclusions apply) placed before 12PM, Monday to Friday. Orders received after 12pm Monday to Friday, or at the weekend will be processed and dispatched the following working day. All orders with a value of £54.99 and under will be charged at £6.

Please expect delays to deliveries during peak times, such as Black Friday, Christmas, or any sale period.

Standard delivery to The Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man is currently charged at £12, regardless of the order value. Unfortunately, our Free Next Working Day delivery is not currently available for these areas. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to the Channel Islands.

Please keep in mind that once an order has been placed, it is usually not possible to cancel it. Our warehouse team works very quickly to pick and pack orders, and because of this, we are rarely able to stop an order before it is shipped. For this reason, it’s important to double-check all order details before completing your purchase.

If you have changed your mind about your order, you are welcome to make a return once you receive the parcel. You can read more about how to make a return in our Return Policy. If you still want us to try to cancel the order, you are welcome to contact customer support, but please note that cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
